Philanthropy New Zealand (PNZ) is hosting a two-day forum on Governance and Investment for Trustees of Trusts and Foundations on the 7th and 8th of August in Wellington.

The forum is intended to help new trustees, in particular, to understand the different dimensions of the governance role and approach the work of the board with confidence. The first part of the forum will explore the roles and responsibilities of trustees, the powers they have and the duties they must fulfil in the role. The second part explores the main components of the board’s job and how to get these done efficiently and effectively.
