We are delighted to approve capacity building support for 16 Tindall Foundation-funded small community organisations for 2014. The programme will be delivered by community consultancy organisation NFP Works who we have worked with for the past five years. They will complete a range of capacity building functions to strengthen their organisations helping to improve capability, efficiency and helping them to achieve improved organisational outcomes.

Kerri Graham from Naenae Youth Charitable Trust says, “With the help of the Capacity Building grant we are hoping to achieve a dynamic strategic plan, including a clear succession plan, and a robust foundation based on strong fundraising principles, which will allow for future replication of our model.”
