Rebecca Culver and her 100 strong team of volunteers at Just Zilch are doing exceptional things in Palmerston North. Their mission to rescue food, serve the community and help protect the planet is right on track. Just Zilch services around 350 people per day and is a main central hub for food distribution disseminating around 10-15 tonnes of rescued food each week. They work closely with community partners and funders and since 2011 have distributed 3,238,994 kilos of food, provided 9,263,523 meals and prevented 8,583,534 kilos of carbon emissions.
